The pages describe the house, its standard of hospitality, and journeys developed edition by edition. Where something is planned rather than operating, the page says so. Nothing here should be read as a claim of an international portfolio of owned hotels or resorts, of invented heritage, or of business results.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a reservation, or a price. An enquiry begins a conversation. Any arrangement is agreed separately and in writing, and only what is written there binds either side.

Journeys and editions
Elements of a journey may depend on conditions, sites, instructors, or the final operating model, and are confirmed closer to departure. Where a page notes such a dependency, that note is part of these terms.

Wellness and longevity are described as part of a considered life. ESTATES keeps a clear distinction between wellness and lifestyle experiences, evidence-informed preventive wellbeing, and clinical healthcare. It makes no medical claims and promises no health outcomes.

The ESTATES name, the coat of arms, the wordmark, the house typography and the photography commissioned for these pages belong to the house. They may not be copied, altered, or used to represent another party.

The material is prepared with care and reviewed as the house develops. The site is offered as it stands, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside the house's control.
